Phoebe Axtman completed her 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training in 2015, along with many additional yoga and mindfulness trainings. She specializes in yoga for every body, trauma-informed yoga, and has a love for teaching restorative & flow classes.
Phoebe emphasizes the mind-body connection and encourages students to bring yoga off the mat. She is passionate about making self-care accessible and tangible for the people she works with, with the hope it will foster further self-compassion.
Outside of the studio, Phoebe works as a Certified Personal Trainer and Health Coach for a mental health center, and is also owner of Be One, LLC.
