Sarah has a background in education and the natural world and is most at home when she is moving and active. She came to yoga in 2004 to stay physically fit and gain flexibility, and since then she has regularly attended flow and Ashtanga Primary Series classes. Through movement and breath, Sarah discovered the power of yoga in centering and grounding herself.
Yoga has been a consistent refuge throughout the many transitions in her life, including the birth of her first child in 2015, which inspired her to dig deeper into yoga to become the best role model she can be. She completed the 200-hour Teacher Training with Yoga NH at Living Yoga in December of 2016 and has developed a deeper practice beyond asana and physicality. Yoga has transformed her life and she looks forward to sharing what she’s learned and joining you on your journey. Sarah’s classes are full of music, fun, joy, and grace, incorporating mindful movement and exploration of pinnacle poses.
When she’s not on the mat, she is in the mountains…or in the ocean…or in the garden, and always with her family.
