Join Marla for this six-week series where you will be guided through poses and sequences that will strengthen and stretch your muscles, improve balance, increase flexibility, and prepare you to participate in your favorite sport. Proper strengthening and stretching of the muscles have been proven to increase muscle endurance and prevent injury. This series is suitable for those who are new to yoga as well as seasoned practitioners.
