Are you looking for a fitness and nutrition program to complement your yoga practice? Are you looking to try something different in the New Year? If so, join Marla for this information session where she will introduce you to an eight-week program that you can do in the comfort of your own home according to your schedule. The fitness portion will include a combination of weight training, HIIT, and core work. All you need is an internet connection, a few weights, and a yoga mat! There will also be a nutrition component. If you join us for this challenge group, you can also attend one of Marla's yoga classes each week for free to stretch those muscles out!
