The format of this 90-minute workshop will give students the opportunity to experiment with a variety of poses that will build strength—particularly core strength. Students will gain enough familiarity with the poses that they can incorporate them into their home practice.
This class is perfect for students who want to build the strength that will allow them to take their asana practice to the next level, as well as advanced practitioners who want to focus on more advanced poses.
