Want to revisit or ask questions about the fundamentals of poses, alignment, breathwork & mindfulness?
If you are a beginner with yoga, or are practiced with a desire to revisit the fundamentals, these sessions will provide what you need to move forward in your yoga journey.
In a fun & supportive environment you’ll enjoy a slow pace with a focus on the fundamentals of yoga.
Together we will explore yoga poses, breathing and mindfulness practices.
Conversation and questions will be encouraged so that you can leave feeling better connected to yourself and with the practice of yoga.
