Sound Bath- Preparing for the Fall Equinox

Friday September 18
7-8 pm
with Alex Schmitt, Instructor & Sound Healer

The fall equinox offers us an opportunity to pause: to reflect on the year so far and to receive and integrate all that we have done and become in that time. The balance between day and night may also inspire us to find balance within ourselves and refocus on what is most important to us.
Join Alex for this special offering to explore these themes and soak up the energy and vibration of the fall equinox.

A Sound Bath is a meditative practice - a journey through sound to the self.
Participants rest in a relaxed, reclined pose - like in savashana (corpse pose) - and are bathed by the healing sounds and vibrations of instruments like crystal singing bowls, drums, and chimes.
This practice can have positive effects on the mind, body, and spirit.
We recommend that you wear comfortable, warm clothes for this practice.

No experience needed. Come as you are.
Class passes & memberships may be used.
Drop in for $22.
