First Friday Community Concert
Friday June 6
6:30-8 pm
with Susan & Dave Bastien, storytellers, musicians, authors and just all around beautiful humans.
Having performed at local coffee shops, bookstores and open mics throughout southern New Hampshire for over 20 years, they have an extensive repertoire of original, heartfelt songs (many inspired by social causes) and they also perform popular covers – all with rich, blended harmonies in a contemporary acoustic style.
Their music weaves together intricate lyrics, storytelling, and the kind of harmonies that draw you into a world of emotion and lyrical intrigue.
Whether playing by a campfire or at an intimate venue, they bring a fresh, yet nostalgic sound that resonates deeply with listeners. They’ve been known to break into song inspired by the conversation of the moment, engaging those around them to sing along.
Come experience the magic of two voices that were meant to harmonize, and a
performance that will leave you wanting more.
Bring your own beverages, light snacks will be served.
Donations accepted, but not required.

The intention is to tap into your parasympathetic nervous system, which is often called your "rest and digest" state.
Experience a small number of poses, holding each one for five to ten minutes or longer.
We offer props such as blankets, bolsters, and blocks to help you find comfort and a deep state of relaxation.
Restorative yoga helps with: Stress reduction, improved emotional well-being, decreased fatigue, improved mobility and flexibility, better sleep and more.

Sukshma Vyayama: Awaken Energy, Strengthen the Body, Calm the Mind
Sunday July 13
5:30-7 pm
with Sonya Lyn, Master Energy and Emotional Healing Practitioner
Sukshma Vyayama is a powerful yogic system deeply rooted in the ancient science of Kundalini Yoga. This practice activates prana (life force), strengthens the body, and calms the mind by systematically directing energy through the chakras. Passed down from His Holiness Maharishi Karthikeyaji Maharaj and propagated by Swami Dhirendra Brahmachari, it integrates breath, movement, and focused awareness to unlock the body’s subtle energy pathways, preparing the practitioner for higher states of consciousness.
Unlike conventional exercise, Sukshma Vyayama works internally, awakening dormant energy (Kundalini Shakti) and allowing it to rise through the spine, cleansing and energizing the nervous system. It increases focus, enhances mental clarity, and detoxifies the body by sending vital life force to energy centers.
Accessible to all (ages 10+), this practice requires no prior experience yet offers profound benefits—strengthening the nervous system, supporting organ health, and cultivating deep inner balance. Whether as a complete body-mind training or a foundation for serious yogic practice, Sukshma Vyayama is a transformative tool for health, healing, and expanded awareness
There is no other system of medicine like it.Sukshma Vyayama is a powerful practice, and while it is generally safe for most people, there are a few contraindications to consider:
