Kundalini Yoga is a way to exercise your mind, body and spirit.
It enables you to reach a higher state of awareness, emotional stability and strength by using several techniques. 
These include pranayama (breathing exercises), kriyas (exercise sets), meditation, bhandas (body locks), mudras (gestures), mantras (chanting words) and visualization.
These Kundalini Yoga techniques raise the apana (energy you give out) to connect to the prana (energy you take in) in order to align your chakras (points of energy centers.)
This allows you to reach a higher consciousness and understanding, while being fit and healthy.

Join us each month as we explore different themes through the use of Kundalini Yoga techniques.

Tween Yoga

Tween yoga Get Strong class combines yoga poses, games, dancing, techniques to manage stress, grounding meditations, fun ways to move bodies, breath techniques to use when feeling overwhelmed, and SO much more. We do all of this in a fun way, because as much as our tweens want to be independent and mature, they also still love to play games!

Please join us for two days of exploration, healing and reiki.
Reiki is a healing technique in which energy flows through the hands of the trained practitioner and into the person, animal or plant.
The healing energy received from a treatment accelerates the natural healing process, relieving stress and promoting deep states of relaxation.
The intention of a Reiki treatment is to bring the body into an optimal state of well being + harmony.

In this two day course you will learn:

-How to provide a Reiki treatment for yourself and others, as well as customizing treatments for a variety of situations.
-How to apply Reiki to specific situations to bring healing comfort and calmness to physical, emotional, and spiritual conditions.
-How to use Reiki to reduce and eliminate stress, tension and pain.
-The relationship of the chakras and aura in the body.
-The History of Reiki.
-Hands on practice Reiki level I + II attunements.

Those who are seasoned or brand new to breathwork will enjoy this safe container to connect deeply within and access inner healing with the power of your breath.
