Kundalini Yoga for Libido

Kundalini Yoga is a way to exercise your mind, body and spirit.
It encourages a higher state of awareness, emotional stability and strength by using several techniques. 
These include pranayama (breathing exercises), kriyas (exercise sets), meditation, bhandas (body locks), mudras (gestures), mantras (chanting words) and visualization.
Kundalini Yoga techniques raise the apana (energy you give out) to connect to the prana (energy you take in) in order to align your chakras (points of energy centers.)

Kundalini for Libido is a feminine focused class for women with awareness around opening the second chakra. In this sacred space, the intention is to support women’s energetic and mental health.
Not a sexual energy, but a creative zest of authenticity to feel comfortable with ourselves and move forward in our daily activities connected with our feminine sensuality.
Through concentration on bringing creativity to our mind-body energy, we will open hips and connect with core self and intimacy, manifesting openness and caring for ourselves through Kundalini movement.

Let YOUR yoga dance! This dynamic fusion of yoga and dance has a mission to spread joy and consciousness throughout the world by transmitting body health, brain health, heart health and soul health to all. Beginning with a gentle warmup, we slowly increase energy to get the heart pumping, ending with a cooldown and well-deserved relaxation/shavasana.

Personal modifications to choreography are encouraged in order for you to best support your unique body and have the most fun.
No prior yoga or dance experience required.

Fall Equinox Sound Bath

This Sound bath brings a focus to balance and transition.

The Equinox marks a time of equilibrium where day and night are equal. 
It symbolizes the balance between light and dark, activity and rest. A transformation happens from summers outward yang energy toward falls inward yin energy.
Using the vibration of sound mixed with the healing and balancing energy of Reiki, we align with the natural rhythm of earth's changing seasons.

Discover a deep relaxation while being bathed in the vibrations of crystal singing bowls, ocean drum and koshi chimes.
With the option of Reiki, an ancient hands-on healing technique, its therapeutic touch uses your energetic field to dissolve clogged energy and return the body, mind and spirit to a balanced state. This divinely healing combination is sure to relax and release you into a deep meditative experience.

Full Moon Sound Bath with optional Reiki

Step into the luminous energy of the Hunter’s Full Moon and reconnect with your primal rhythm. This sound healing journey is designed to honor the season of harvest, release, and renewal. As the moonlight illuminates what is ready to be seen, we gather in sacred space to align body, mind, and spirit with the cycles of nature.

Through the vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and drum beats, we guide you into deep states of relaxation, where the nervous system resets and the heart opens. 
The Hunter’s Moon carries energy of preparation, clarity, and empowerment—an invitation to let go of what no longer serves and call in strength for the path ahead.

Come as you are. Bring your intention, your breath, and your presence. Bathe in sound, harness lunar energy, and awaken the hunter within—the part of you that knows when to rest, when to release, and when to pursue your soul’s calling.

Sound Bath

A Sound Bath is a meditative practice - a journey through sound to the self. 
Participants rest in a relaxed, reclined pose - like in savashana (corpse pose) - and are bathed by the healing sounds and vibrations of instruments such as crystal singing bowls, drums, and chimes. 
This practice can have positive effects on the mind, body, and spirit. 

We recommend that you wear comfortable, warm clothes and bring a blanket and/or pillow.
