Restorative Yoga
POP UP
Saturday 1/31
12:30-1:30 pm
with Sarah Lane, Yoga Instructor
Restorative yoga is a gentle and passive practice that invites you into a state of deep relaxation, rejuvenation and healing.
Designed to support your mind and body in a state of rest and renewal through long held poses, this class emphasizes stillness, comfort and deep breathing. We offer the use of blankets & bolsters which play a key role in creating this deepened sense of comfort and ease.
Once you are settled in, the intention is to tap into your parasympathetic nervous system, often called the “rest and digest” state, where your body feels safe and begins to heal itself.
Breathing and heart rate slow down, blood pressure decreases and body functions regulate, making way for deep healing on a physical and emotional level.
Appropriate for all levels of experience.
Use class passes, memberships or drop in for only $20.

Love Frequency: Sound Bath & Meditation with Optional Reiki
Sunday February 15
2-3 pm
with Donna Baker, Sound Healer & Reiki Practitioner and
Sarah Lane, Reiki Master & Yoga Instructor
Love Frequency: A Valentine’s Sound Bath, Meditation & optional Reiki.
Step into the gentle rhythm of love and allow yourself to be held in its frequency. This Valentine’s-inspired sound bath is an invitation to soften, open, and reconnect — with your heart, your breath, and the subtle energy that flows within.
As crystal singing bowls, chimes, and soothing tones wash over you, you’ll be guided through a heart-centered meditation designed to dissolve tension and awaken compassion. Reiki energy will be offered throughout the experience, supporting deep relaxation, emotional release, and energetic balance.
This is a space to honor love in all its forms — self-love, romantic love, and the quiet love that lives within. Leave feeling nourished, aligned, and gently reminded that love is not something we seek, but something we remember.
Come rest in the vibration of love.
A Sound Bath is a meditative practice - a journey through sound to the self.
Participants rest in a relaxed, reclined pose - like in savashana (corpse pose) - and are bathed by the healing sounds and vibrations of instruments such as crystal singing bowls, drums, and chimes.
This special offering also includes the option of receiving Reiki, an ancient hands-on healing technique, its therapeutic touch uses your energetic field to dissolve clogged energy and return the body, mind and spirit to a balanced state.
We recommend that you wear comfortable, warm clothes and bring a blanket and pillow if you would like.
Class passes & memberships may be used.
Drop in for $20.
