Be the cup that holds the candle. Be the wax, the wick, the flip of the wrist that lights the match. Most of all, be the flame. Draw on the source of light, acknowledging that without darkness, candles would be useless things indeed.

Vin-Yin Yoga
Popups

Fridays April 17, May 1 & 15
6-7 pm
with Megan Pepper, Yoga Instructor

This hybrid practice seemlessly blends the invigorating and active practice of Vinyasa yoga with the passive and meditative practice of Yin yoga.

Begin with an energetic flow of coordinated movement and breath.
Build endurance and strength as you drop out of your head and into your body, generating a meditative state that encourages you to let go of thought and invites you to be in the present moment. Ready for stillness, move into the Yin portion of practice through guided breathing and long held passive poses. Nourish and realign your vital energy while calming and balancing mind and body. Physically, Yin targets deep connective tissues and provides a wonderful compliment to the Yang beginning of this class.

Appropriate for all levels of experience.

Class passes & memberships may be used.

April Showers: Inner Calm

A SOUNBATH, GUIDED MEDITATION & OPTIONAL REIKI

Saturday April 25
12-1 pm
with Donna Baker, Sound Healer & Reiki Practitioner
Sarah Lane, Yoga Instructor & Reiki Master

April invites us to soften, to slow down, and to let go of what no longer needs to be carried. April Showers, Inner Calm is a deeply restorative sound bath experience designed to support emotional release, gentle clearing, and inner renewal.

You’ll be guided through a soothing meditation that uses the imagery of rain—washing away heaviness, tension, and lingering stress—creating space for clarity, calm, and ease. As you rest comfortably, waves of sound from crystal bowls, chimes, and other healing instruments will flow through the body, helping to settle the nervous system and invite a sense of deep peace.

For those who choose, optional Reiki will be offered during the sound bath to provide gentle energetic support, encouraging balance, emotional harmony, and a feeling of being safely held.

This class is perfect for anyone feeling overwhelmed, emotionally tender, or in need of a reset. No experience is necessary—just come as you are and allow yourself to be nourished.

Use class passes & memberships.

Candlelit Restorative Yoga

POP UP
Friday May 29
6-7 pm
with Sara Withers, Yoga Instructor

Restorative yoga is a gentle and passive practice that invites you into a state of deep relaxation, rejuvenation and healing.

Designed to support your mind and body in a state of rest and renewal through long held poses, this class emphasizes stillness, comfort and deep breathing. We offer the use of blankets & bolsters which play a key role in creating this deepened sense of comfort and ease.

Once you are settled in, the intention is to tap into your parasympathetic nervous system, often called the “rest and digest” state, where your body feels safe and begins to heal itself.
Breathing and heart rate slow down, blood pressure decreases and body functions regulate, making way for deep healing on a physical and emotional level.

Appropriate for all levels of experience.

Use class passes, memberships or drop in for only $20.
