Trauma Release: Breathwork Journey

with Tim Byron, Certified Transformational Breathwork & Meditation Teacher and Certified Spiritual Coach

Trauma Release: A 90 Minute Holotropic Breathwork Journey
Individual sessions offered:
Saturdays May 3, 17 & 31
June 8 & 22
July 5 & 19
6-7:30 pm

Trauma isn’t just held in the mind—it’s stored in the body. Unlike animals, who naturally release trauma in real-time, humans tend to suppress it for survival. Our minds don’t distinguish between physical and emotional pain, so when we experience trauma, it gets stored as a way to protect us from future harm. Over time, this unresolved energy weighs us down, manifesting as emotional burdens, tension, or even physical symptoms.

Through Holotropic Breathwork, we can bypass the analytical mind, activate the nervous system, and initiate a deep somatic release. This practice is known for bringing about profound healing, emotional breakthroughs, and transformational insights.

What to Expect:

• 40-Minute Circular Breathing Session: Engage in deep, rhythmic breathing designed to help you enter an altered state and release stored trauma. High-volume music will enhance the experience, and eye coverings will be provided to help you turn inward.
• 10-Minute Cool Down: A gentle transition to regulate your breath and reintegrate into the present moment.
• 30-40 Minute Processing & Reflection: A dedicated period for journaling, sharing, or quietly processing your experience. This time is essential for integrating the emotional and physical releases that occur during the session.

This journey is designed to help release deep-seated trauma and clear emotional blockages. The experience may be intense, but it offers a unique opportunity for profound transformation. I invite you to leave your analytical mind at the door, surrender to the process, and trust in your body’s innate ability to heal.

I’m honored to guide you on this journey. Come with an open heart and a willingness to embrace the healing you truly deserve.

June 14 & 28
July 13 & 27
6-7:30 pm

Step into a powerful 90-minute experience designed to align your energy, expand your awareness, and open the door to abundance. This session is a deep dive into the power of breath, intention, and presence, guiding you toward greater clarity, gratitude, and manifestation.

What To Expect:

• 20 Minutes of Manifestation Breathwork – Activate your creative power and tap into the frequency of your desires. Through intentional breathing, we’ll release limiting beliefs, expand possibility, and energetically call in what you seek.

• 20 Minutes of Gratitude Breathwork – Shift into deep appreciation and amplify your ability to receive. Gratitude is one of the highest vibrations. This breathwork will help you embody it fully, creating space for joy, love, and abundance.
• 20 Minute Meditation – Integrate your breathwork journey with a guided meditation, allowing your intentions and gratitude to settle into your being. This stillness will deepen your connection to your manifestations and the present moment.
• 30-Minute Group Discussion & Integration – We’ll close the session with an open discussion, allowing each person to share their experience, insights, and emotions that surfaced. This is a safe, supportive space to connect, reflect, and process together.

Come ready to breathe, expand, and align with the life you are creating. No experience is necessary—just an open heart and a willingness to step into your power.

First Friday Community Concert

Friday June 6
6:30-8 pm
with Susan & Dave Bastien, storytellers, musicians, authors and just all around beautiful humans.

Having performed at local coffee shops, bookstores and open mics throughout southern New Hampshire for over 20 years, they have an extensive repertoire of original, heartfelt songs (many inspired by social causes) and they also perform popular covers – all with rich, blended harmonies in a contemporary acoustic style.

Their music weaves together intricate lyrics, storytelling, and the kind of harmonies that draw you into a world of emotion and lyrical intrigue.
Whether playing by a campfire or at an intimate venue, they bring a fresh, yet nostalgic sound that resonates deeply with listeners. They’ve been known to break into song inspired by the conversation of the moment, engaging those around them to sing along.

Come experience the magic of two voices that were meant to harmonize, and a
performance that will leave you wanting more.

Bring your own beverages, light snacks will be served.
