Restorative Yoga

Biweekly Tuesdays
6:45-7:45 pm
POP UP
Saturday 12/20
12:30-1:30 pm
with Sarah Lane, Yoga Instructor

Restorative yoga is a gentle and passive practice that invites you into a state of deep relaxation, rejuvenation and healing.

Designed to support your mind and body in a state of rest and renewal through long held poses, this class emphasizes stillness, comfort and deep breathing. We offer the use of blankets & bolsters which play a key role in creating this deepened sense of comfort and ease.

Once you are settled in, the intention is to tap into your parasympathetic nervous system, often called the “rest and digest” state, where your body feels safe and begins to heal itself.
Breathing and heart rate slow down, blood pressure decreases and body functions regulate, making way for deep healing on a physical and emotional level.

Appropriate for all levels of experience.

Use class passes, memberships or drop in for only $20.

Sunday December 21
2-3 pm
Winter Solstice Sound Bath & Meditation

As winter wraps the world in her soft hush, we gather in warmth and stillness to honor the turning of the season.  Candlelight flickers, blankets invite you in, and the soothing tones of crystal bowls drift through the room like gentle snowfall. This is a moment to pause to breathe, to release, to settle into the quiet beauty of the longest night.  Let the sound waves cradle you, guiding your body to rest and your heart to open.  As we journey inward, we remember that even in the darkness, the promise of light always lingers. Come cozy up, melt into sound, and welcome the peaceful glow of winter’s embrace.

This special offering includes the option of receiving Reiki, an ancient hands-on healing technique, its therapeutic touch uses your energetic field to dissolve clogged energy and return the body, mind and spirit to a balanced state.

We recommend that you wear comfortable, warm clothes and bring a blanket and pillow if you would like.

Use class passes & memberships.
Drop in for $20.
