Sound Bath & Meditation with optional reiki

with Donna Baker, Sound Healer & Reiki Practitioner and Sarah Lane, Yoga Instructor & Reiki Master

A Sound Bath is a meditative practice - a journey through sound to the self.
Participants rest in a relaxed, reclined pose - like in savashana (corpse pose) - and are bathed by the healing sounds and vibrations of instruments such as crystal singing bowls, drums, and chimes.

Sunday December 7
2-3 pm
Sound Bath & Meditation for Gratitude

Sink into stillness and let waves of sound wash gently over you  each note a soft whisper of appreciation.  Surrounded by candlelight and calm, you’ll be guided to open your heart to the quiet beauty of gratitude. Crystal tones shimmer through the air like sunlight dancing on water, reminding you of life’s tender gifts, the warmth of connection, the breath that carries you, the simple magic of being here now. As the sounds weave their golden threads, may you feel grounded, glowing, and overflowing with thankfulness for all that is and all that’s yet to come.

Sunday December 21
2-3 pm
Winter Solstice Sound Bath & Meditation

As winter wraps the world in her soft hush, we gather in warmth and stillness to honor the turning of the season.  Candlelight flickers, blankets invite you in, and the soothing tones of crystal bowls drift through the room like gentle snowfall. This is a moment to pause to breathe, to release, to settle into the quiet beauty of the longest night.  Let the sound waves cradle you, guiding your body to rest and your heart to open.  As we journey inward, we remember that even in the darkness, the promise of light always lingers. Come cozy up, melt into sound, and welcome the peaceful glow of winter’s embrace.

These special offerings include the option of receiving Reiki, an ancient hands-on healing technique, its therapeutic touch uses your energetic field to dissolve clogged energy and return the body, mind and spirit to a balanced state.

We recommend that you wear comfortable, warm clothes and bring a blanket and pillow if you would like.
