Full Moon Sound Bath

WITH OPTIONAL REIKI

Tuesday October 7
7-8 pm
with Sarah Lane, Yoga Instructor & Reiki Master
and Donna Baker, Sound Healer & Reiki II Practitioner

Full Moon Sound Bath with optional Reiki

Step into the luminous energy of the Hunter’s Full Moon and reconnect with your primal rhythm. This sound healing journey is designed to honor the season of harvest, release, and renewal. As the moonlight illuminates what is ready to be seen, we gather in sacred space to align body, mind, and spirit with the cycles of nature.

Through the vibrations of crystal bowls, chimes, and drum beats, we guide you into deep states of relaxation, where the nervous system resets and the heart opens.
The Hunter’s Moon carries energy of preparation, clarity, and empowerment—an invitation to let go of what no longer serves and call in strength for the path ahead.

Come as you are. Bring your intention, your breath, and your presence. Bathe in sound, harness lunar energy, and awaken the hunter within—the part of you that knows when to rest, when to release, and when to pursue your soul’s calling.

This special offering also includes the option of receiving Reiki, an ancient hands-on healing technique, its therapeutic touch uses your energetic field to dissolve clogged energy and return the body, mind and spirit to a balanced state.

We recommend that you wear comfortable, warm clothes and bring a blanket and pillow if you would like.

Class passes & memberships may be used.
Space is limited, be sure to register in advance.

Creating a Dream Box

Saturday November 8
2-3:30 pm
with Special Guest, Patricia Wild, Owner of Spiral Arts

Our dreams for ourselves and our lives can be very ephemeral.
So many get deferred, or erased, or supplanted with other things over time.
Some dreams may need to be jettisoned, some may need to be revived, some new ones may need to be crafted, and some need to be celebrated.
In this workshop we will use writing and imagery to explore what dreams are meaningful to us and create a sacred container to hold them.

No art experience is necessary - you already have it all inside you!
All art supplies will be provided.

This workshop is lead by Patricia Wild, owner of Spiral Arts. Pat uses the arts as vehicles for exploration and healing.
She brings to us teaching experience at all levels, from pre-school through graduate school, and in a variety of settings, including public and private schools and museum settings. She is also an exhibiting artist, a published writer, and an inveterate seeker and learner.

We are grateful to have her at Blossom and hope you will join us for this fun, creative and light hearted workshop.

$35 includes all art supplies
