Although Brian had lots of experience teaching and coaching sports, if you had told him in 2011 when he took his first yoga class that he would be teaching yoga today he would have thought you were crazy.
He was teaching snowboarding when he discovered yoga as a way to strengthen and deepen his abilities as both a snowboarder and snowboard instructor. What he could have never guessed was that only a few classes into his yoga journey, with his 2nd class being a Kundalini yoga class, he was totally hooked. It didn’t take long for Brian to establish a daily yoga practice, which he maintains to this day, and taking the Yoga Teacher Training program became the next logical step. Before long, Brian completed the 200 hour YTT program, immediately followed by his training and completion of the 200 hour Kundalini teaching program.
Yoga has helped Brian’s life in so many ways and he finds much joy in sharing his experience and passion with his students.
