Mandy Toppin
Yoga Instructor, RYT-500


Mandy has been practicing yoga for over a decade and became a 200 Hour RYT in the Spring of 2019.
She was drawn to yoga after the birth of her first child, looking for a way to get back into shape and have some much needed "me time".
It was love at first downdog!

Her goal is to create an atmosphere where people can feel free to be themselves without judgment, have fun and laugh, all while being safe and aware during practice.
She loves leading students to strive to do new things that help physical AND mental growth while still being true to themselves and listening to their own bodies.
Mandy shows people that you do not have to be physically flexible to do yoga, it's about how it makes you feel on the inside as well. 

Besides yoga, Mandy enjoys spending time with her family, taking long walks outdoors, watching scary movies, and cuddling with her 3 cats and 2 Weenie Dogs!
