Interested in a private class where we can tailor a yoga program specifically to you and your needs?
An individual or small group class may be more comfortable for you as you can choose exactly how your yoga class works.
Private sessions allow you to work on poses, stretches, breathing and mindfulness in a way that makes sense for you on your schedule and at your pace as we work together to focus on your needs and wants.

$80 per hour or
3 classes for $210

Private group classes
$80 per hour for the first student
$10 for each additional student

Private & private group classes off site
We will bring Yoga to you.

50% deposit required upon booking
24 hour cancellation required for full credit
