Brigid has been practicing yoga for over 25 years and teaching as a certified instructor for more than a decade. Trained in Iyengar yoga and certified in Yin yoga, she brings a deep understanding of alignment, mindfulness, and the restorative power of the practice.
A lifelong educator, Brigid integrates her teaching expertise into every class, creating a welcoming environment that encourages curiosity, compassion, and self-discovery. Originally drawn to yoga for its relaxing effects, she has cultivated a practice centered on the connection between breath and movement—calming both mind and body.
An avid runner, hiker, and cyclist, Brigid credits her sustained physical activity and resilience to the grounding and balance yoga brings to her life.
