If you find your way to a mat in one of her classes, Sara will encourage you to cultivate a sense of ease and peacefulness in both body and mind.
She offers a steady and balanced yoga practice with postures that are accessible for every body, and often include yoga-inspired readings and teachings that help build an awareness of the connection between body, breath, mind, and spirit. Sara’s goal is to leave her students feeling recharged by the time they just took for themselves!

After practicing yoga on and off for almost twenty years, she became a 200-hour RYT in the spring of 2024.
When she’s not teaching yoga, she enjoys all sorts of adventures with her husband and two sons.
